Day 11: !!

Day 11
PM Yoga Flow 10 minutes

I have to remind myself not to worry about how much yoga I get done each day. The important thing is that I do SOME yoga daily. This is not about working out or losing weight. This is just about practicing some yoga everyday. And I'm doing well so far.

  1. if this journey of yours reflects my journey of training for the 1/2 marathon, it does get less worrisome. all of a sudden you start to notice differences in your body and abilities you didn't have before. you start practicing (or running in my case) for different reasons. it took a while for the perfectionist in me to quiet down enough so i could hear my body. my nutritionist always told me its not how much you move or how you move, it is just making a conscious effort to move every day- and feel good about whatever that may looks like. that was (and still is) hard to do.
